Healing Locations
There are many people in Pokémon Black and White that will heal your Pokémon in places that aren't Pokémon Centers, such as in Routes and in caves. Here is a list of places in the games, along with screenshots for some places.
Pinwheel Forest
There's a lady at the very beginning of this forest, before you actually go into the tree area, that will heal your Pokémon.
Route 3
There is girl in the house directly to the left of the Day Care Center on Route 3 that will heal your Pokémon.
Route 4
In the very first house on the left of Route 4, the sandstorm route, there's a man who will heal your Pokémon.
Route 6
Toward the center of the route, after the scientist house, right before Chargestone Cave, there's a girl that will heal your Pokémon for you.
Route 7
After going past a few of the ledges on Route 7, you'll come to a house that has a girl inside that will heal your Pokémon.
Celestial Tower
On the 3rd floor of Celestial Tower, there's a girl right by the staircase going up that will heal your Pokémon.
Desert Resort
There is a Doctor near the entrance of the Desert Resort that is a trainer as well a person that will heal your Pokémon.
Chargestone Cave
There is a Doctor right before Team Plasma in the B1F of Chargestone Cave that is a trainer as well a person that will heal your Pokémon.
Twist Mountain
There is a Doctor on the outside in the middle of Twist Mountain that is a trainer as well a person that will heal your Pokémon.
Victory Road
There is a Doctor about halfway through Victory Road that is a trainer as well a person that will heal your Pokémon.
Village Bridge
There is girl in the house closest to Route 12 on the right that will heal your Pokémon.
Route 18
After riding the currents, there is girl in the same house that the Larvesta egg is obtained in that will heal your Pokémon.
