Healing Locations
There are many places in Pokémon Black and White where people will heal your Pokémon that aren't Pokémon Centers. Here is my growing list of places in the games, along with screenshots.
Pinwheel Forest
There's a lady at the very beginning of this forest, before you actually go into the tree area, that will heal your Pokémon.
Route 4
In the very first house on the left of Route 4, the sandstorm route, there's a man who will heal your Pokémon.
Route 6
Toward the center of the route, after the scientist house, right before Chargestone Cave, there's a girl that will heal your Pokémon for you.
Route 7
After going past a few of the ledges on Route 7, you'll come to a house that has a girl inside that will heal your Pokémon.
Celestial Tower
On the 3rd floor of Celestial Tower, there's a girl right by the staircase going up that will heal your Pokémon.
Desert Resort
There is a Doctor near the entrance of the Desert Resort that is a trainer as well a person that will heal your Pokémon.
Keep in mind I'm not all the way through the game of Black, so this list will be added to accordingly. If I missed one that I'm already past, please let me know.
